Rates, Billing, and Superbills
Arnica Mental Health is a private-pay practice. This allows us to work together without the restrictions or oversight often imposed by insurance companies, giving you more autonomy, more privacy, and more control over pacing and treatment choices.
Payment is collected at the time of service, and while I don’t bill insurance directly, many clients choose to use a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I’m happy to provide these receipts and any documentation you need to make the process as smooth as possible.
Arnica Mental Health Session Fees
Online or in-person sessions are available for all services.
-
55-minute Intake & Treatment Planning Session $200

-
85-minute Extended Session $260
For clients who benefit from a little more space — especially those doing deeper trauma work, EMDR, ERP, or experiencing nervous-system patterns that take time to settle.
Using Insurance for Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Arnica Mental Health is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement using a superbill — a detailed receipt with all the required information for your insurance company.
If you plan to submit a superbill, I recommend calling your insurance provider in advance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and whether sessions with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are covered.
Reimbursement varies significantly by plan, so checking ahead helps you know what to expect.
